Oars work with The Diva Distro. The Diva Distro is an almost instant Deployment of a Virtual World enabled with Megaregions and Hypergrid, an out of the box excellent start to an Opensim platform simulator

Oar is a way to backup an entire region 256X256 and a way to load the same.
You can use your home computer to develop, later upload to a server .

You can build large worlds comprising of 256×256 building blocks ( including buildings, terrain, textures and scripts) They will stitch together to one Megaregion in the Diva Distro if you like.

Design and build in a similar way you use Dreamweaver for the making of web sites. Upload the final Oar file and load to your desired region, as you load a new vista will form before your eyes.
