The 79 m2 Home is an extension of the 74m2 house. I added 1 bedroom, I meant it as a children's bedroom with access to the bathroom from both bedrooms. With the doors open to the bathroom you can monitor the children's bedroom if you so wish.Your privacy should not be a problem just close the doors. The additional 5m2 will have little impact to the cost of the house. The internal walls that makes the second bedroom could easily be added at a later stage if you needed a larger lounge room to start with. The plumbing is kept within a small part of the home and the second entry in to the bathroom will not need any change to the plumbing.
